FOOD ZINES

FOOD ZINES are a deep dive into their respective food focus. Both of my food zines are two colour Risoprints and are made from an A3 sheet of paper, with a slit in the middle, then folded into a booklet.

RYE ZINE was printed in 2023 by Sam at Tree Paper Gallery in Melbourne.
Inks are Fluro Pink and Medium Blue.
Printed on 115gsm envirocare.
It is a quirky exploration into the history of Rye and it's importance to the human story.

SALT ZINE was printed in 2024 by Ashley at Helio Press in Melbourne.
Inks are Orange and Federal Blue.
Printed on 100gsm envirocare.
Salt is so elemental to life on earth, human or otherwise. Salt zine follows the story of salt and it's many uses. The colour choice for this zine is heavily inspired by late 19th/early 20th century salt advertising and merchandise.
